Inside My Lunchbox

Just in case you guys are still interested in what I’m eating now that I’m part of the working world, I thought I’d share what’s in my lunch with you again.

Pretty much like last time, with just a few changes:

A probiotic yogurt smoothie, a hard-boiled egg, hummus and 2 celery stalks cut into sticks, cottage cheese with a chopped peach, a handful of blueberries and a small palmful of raw sliced almonds, plus some leftover macaroni and cheese.

That mac and cheese is actually for 2 lunches, I just didn’t feel like dividing it up and dirtying a whole other tupperware container.  Anyway, this is what I had for lunch today + coffee + water.  I had a granola bar later in the day after Bar Method because it never fails that I’m either starving right before or right after class.
